Jells Park for a party, a family gathering or a buddy BBQ is a great idea! The giant parkland is an eastie outdoor icon. There’s heaps of space to choose from, plenty of parking and lots of undercover shelters spread out around the area; as well as THREE playgrounds to explore.
The most obvious place to start your gathering is near the central cafe area which just happens to back onto a brand new playground at Yabbie Hill. Here there are toilets, access to hot coffee, picnic tables and undercover BBQs.
The spectacular views of the Dandenongs surrounding you, sets the stage for a beautiful gathering.
