curlew community park, laverton

This Laverton playground is EXCELLENT! And it is surely the favourite of the area. With a few different sections - the pump track which is great for scooters, bikes, skateboards and whatever other wheels you can manage; the sandy boat section with slide, water pump, and that cute wooden boat. Then there is the spider climbing area with slide, trampolines, swings and swirly things! There is even a half B Ball court!

The landscaping is lovely. They have planted heaps of trees here that will continue to grow to create lots of shade, with plenty of grassy areas.

This park has a gathering space - or seating wall where they have honoured local heroes Anne Knight, Peter Nash, Lesley Ould and Des Rowan. So lovely.

Mamma’s special mention: Favor and Grace is just around the corner to grab some coffees.
