This is an excellent place for a party, with quite a few areas to set up a gathering. There is a pavilion with bbq’s and tables, but all plenty of grassy areas along the lake or in amongst the trees. The playground has great play equipment for little tykes through to bigger youngsters. There's a 3.5km walking and cycling track, new outdoor gym equipment, beginners skateboard area, exercise equipment and lots of grassy space to enjoy.
This is a very popular spot for gatherings, so get in early if you want to nab the undercover area (can’t book).

Mamma’s special mention: The Cherry Lake Lions market is on here the first Sunday of every month which takes up most of the front grassy area (and the parking).
